HERE ARE ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE RIGHT NOW TO PROTECT YOUR COMMUNITY FROM FUTURE THREATS:

  1. Visit the COGCC site to comment on any Front Range drilling applications.

  2. Sign up for the SSCAG email newsletter to stay informed.

  3. Follow our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts to stay informed and engage with your neighbors.

  4. Don’t let neighbors slip through your fingers — talk with those living near you who may not understand the threats or may assume the fight is over because the first set of applications in Superior were withdrawn (incorrectly assuming other applications couldn’t be filed TODAY).

We are residents of Superior, Colorado, dedicated to protecting the safety of our families and the land we all love.

Safe Superior Citizens Action Group was formed in November 2018 in response to proposed oil & gas exploration on a parcel of land directly adjacent to homes, an elementary school, a 500,000-gallon potable water tank, and… a national Superfund site with nuclear waste and increased plutonium particles on the surface land.

We are committed to the ongoing preservation of open space, the protection of our residents’ rights, and the safety of the members of our town and our neighbors in the Front Range.
